PROFILE

ATTRACT
We translate the key accountabilities and skills from the Profile into a unique, specific employment ad that we will use to attract first-class talent. The content of the ad allows applicants to quickly recognize a description of their own skills. We will always attract ability before experience because that's what counts. Selling skills always trump experience. Can they perform what will be asked of them at a consistent and high-level?

INTERVIEW
We utilize a written questionnaire at the beginning of the process to provide a detailed and thorough account of what makes someone an exceptional candidate and to demonstrate written communication skills. Subsequently, a candidate's completion of this questionnaire also exhibits their level of interest in your position because it will require them to take 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. We follow-up with a phone interview using techniques that simulate the pressure common to your typical prospect/customer call. When possible we will also conduct a face-to-face interview. Together, these approaches provide a glimpse of one's true ability in real world scenarios.

ASSESS
We objectively assess the top candidates to determine the best fit for your position using our Two Member Committee Approach. We provide guidance and analysis pertaining to the threads that run between the candidate's aptitudes, skills, motivations, rewards and style. We measure the gaps between the position's requirements and the candidate's abilities. This blend of assessments accurately defines the candidate's fit to your benchmark.
